Our training method is the most complete training you will experience! We incorporate body mechanics, cardio, balance, suspension, body weight, dynamic movement and strength training in every workout. This not only gives you a better workout but helps to prevent injury and perfect the performance of the human body for any activity.

It's not where you are, it's where you want to be. Our training methods work for all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced. We Don't Diet! We create a plan to fuel you for what you do based on your schedule.

*Premier Fitness is a private gym for small groups and personal training. All appointments are scheduled.

At Premier Fitness we care about you and your success! We organize workouts, have a trainer on site during all group classes to correct form and answer questions, and  we build a nutrient timing plan for every member based on their needs and schedule!

 

Membership

Join a fitness community that is passionate, determined, and supportive. Whether you’re here for a day or committed to years, we’ve got exactly what you need.

 

Types of Memberships:

Group Training, Gym Only, Semi- Private Training, 1 on 1 training, and Online.

Gym Only Memberships: Includes Full time access from 0400am-1130pm Monday - Sunday

Online Training: Includes meal plans, accountability check in, and workout plans.

Group Training: Cardio and Strength Training, All the benefits of a Personal Trainer without the hourly price. (This is an add on to a Gym Membership)

Class Schedule

  • Give an 1-hour notice for cancellations to be able to re-book your session.

  • Please book by 10 PM for next day 5 AM and 6 AM classes.

Class times are as follows:

 Morning Classes

Monday-Friday 

0500-0600, 0600-0700, 0700-0800

 

Evening Classes

Monday - Thursday

530pm-630pm
